Our Returns Policy

Returns will be assessed on an individual basis. The customer is responsible for safe return of any goods ordered in error unless otherwise pre-arranged.

For goods with a manufacturing defect, please see our warranty and if within the 12 month warranty period, used indoors only and maintained to a reasonable standard please contact our team and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
